As a key member of the department, you will play a pivotal role in the development, management, and delivery of professional development services in the areas of public service sustainability and climate action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with colleagues across the department to strategically plan for the institute's sustainability and climate action portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to identify learning, development, and advisory needs.
  • Business Development: Build and manage client relationships across the public service.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's level postgraduate degree in sustainability, sustainable development, climate science, or a related field, along with seven to ten years' experience at a relevant level and in a training, Learning & Development, education, or operations role.
