Job Title: Financial Administrator
">Our company is looking for a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company.
The successful candidate will have excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. You will be working closely with the management team to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Managing creditors and debtors
- Processing customer and supplier invoices
- Preparing VAT/VIES/PAYE and PRSI returns
You will also be responsible for maintaining essential paperwork for monthly, bi-monthly company returns in consultation with accountants.
Apart from these tasks, you will also work on filing and management duties such as organizing and maintaining filing systems meticulously.
We require an individual who has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in using Sage, BrightPay and ROS portal is advantageous.
Strong awareness of data privacy and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
Requirements for this role:
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks
- Proficient in bookkeeping and financial standard practices
- Accounting qualification is a distinct advantage
