Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

A prestigious law firm seeks a seasoned commercial property solicitor to join their expanding team. As a key member, you will provide expert advice on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on property finance transactions and liaise with financial institutions as required.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations, including title reviews and planning compliance.
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated legal solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish property law and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a client-centric approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
