Enterprise Access Management Specialist

This position involves delivering cutting-edge solutions for enterprise access management. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing identity and access management systems, as well as providing support and integration of IAM solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems according to industry standards.
  • Provide hands-on support and integration of IAM solutions across multiple platforms, including identity governance, federation, and custom development as needed.
  • Offer expert advice and assistance on identity management to broader IT, business unit, and international teams, communicating complex concepts effectively.
  • Support integration activities with IGA, access management, privileged access services, and other relevant areas.
  • Closely collaborate with global security, information technology, business unit, and application teams to ensure uniform implementation of IAM tools, configurations, and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate IAM technologies and services regularly, staying current with the latest trends and advancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures, design documents, operational drawings, manuals, and other necessary materials.
  • Provide support when needed for directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering, Identity and Access Management, development, scripting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years with SailPoint or equivalent IGA tool.
  • 3+ years leading and implementing user access reviews with IGA tools.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating, developing, or administering security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, or other directory systems.
  • Understanding of one or more control frameworks, such as NIST, HIPAA-HITECH, SSAE 16, PCI, HITRUST, ISO 27001, etc.
  • Experience with healthcare, privacy, or financial compliance regulations and IT and security frameworks and standards is preferred.
