We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our customers, ensuring their water coolers are working properly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys to identify customer needs and provide recommendations for optimal water cooler performance.
  • Install new water coolers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with existing water coolers, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular maintenance services to ensure water coolers continue to perform optimally.
  • Manage the exchange and collection of water coolers, ensuring seamless transitions for customers.

Requirements

  • Hold a full and valid driving license with no more than 6 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving).
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' driving experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
