Lead Residential Care Manager

The primary responsibility of the Director of Care Services is to oversee the delivery of exceptional care to individuals with disabilities.
This role requires an experienced leader who has a strong background in Social Care and a proven track record of managing residential services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs, ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
- Supervise and mentor team members to deliver high-quality care, focusing on customer satisfaction and staff development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification, with a focus on management and leadership.
- Experience in managing residential services, with a proven track record of success and growth.
- Level 6 management qualification, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and operational management.
- Full driving license and access to own transport, enabling efficient travel between locations.
- Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care, ensuring compliance and best practice.
