Tax Department Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Tax department as a Director.
About the RoleThis is a leadership position that requires deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex assignments and teams.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex tax issues for clients.
- Work with large UK corporates and multinational groups, providing tax advice and guidance on specific issues such as corporate interest restriction and loss reform.
- Identify business development opportunities and meet financial targets.
- Participate in tenders and develop proposals to secure new business.
- Deliver sophisticated tax advice, analyze data, and identify business issues to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage client relationships and portfolios, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to business development and sales activities to drive revenue growth.
- ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified.
- Experience in a large practice tax department, ideally Big 6.
- Strong technical knowledge and client opportunity identification skills.
- Approachable, proactive, responsible, and relationship-builder.
