Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Leader to drive portfolio development and ensure seamless project delivery.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception through completion, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with technology delivery managers to develop comprehensive status reports, monitoring financial projects to identify areas for improvement, and engaging with IT heads to align project forecasts with business objectives.

You will facilitate bi-weekly project forums where you will present project initiations, review demand requests, validate charters, and ensure resource allocation is optimized for maximum efficiency.

A key responsibility will be reviewing and validating key project documents to confirm all necessary resources, financials, and strategic considerations have been addressed.

To excel in this role, you will utilize industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage reporting requirements and identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and increase overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with technology delivery managers to gather, review, and present quarterly status reports.
  • Monitor financial projects throughout their lifecycle, overseeing both inflight activities and future projections.
  • Engage with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts.
