Clinical Nurse Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in the General Theatre setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues, patients, and families.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of recent post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • At least three years of experience in Peri-Operative Theatre nursing.
  • A recognised post-registration nursing course or equivalent (Higher Diploma or Post Grad).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent patient care and communication abilities.
