Executive Officer for Superannuation Services

The Role of a Superannuation Executive Officer is to oversee the efficient delivery of CHI Superannuation services as a member of the Pension Department's team. This involves supporting the Pensions Manager in delivering a quality-driven and compliant service, including change management. The post holder will also be responsible for deputizing for the Pensions Manager as required.

Essential Criteria
  • Hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience working in a public service pensions environment
  • Have a minimum of four years' relevant experience (HR/Finance/Payroll) with a minimum of three years in Superannuation
  • Have a minimum of one year's Supervisory Management experience
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in the use of Excel, and experience working with HR and Payroll Systems
Key Responsibilities
  • To support the Pensions Manager in the delivery of a quality-driven and compliant service
  • To ensure the efficient delivery of CHI Superannuation services as a member of the Pension Department's team
  • To deputize for the Pensions Manager as required
  • To provide administrative support to the Pensions Manager
