Early Years Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our team in delivering high-quality early years care and education.
About the Role:- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education required for this leadership position.
- Familiarity with Aistear and Siolta curriculum planning and compliance necessary for maintaining quality standards.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the team, supporting their professional development and the holistic growth of children.
- Maintaining a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Leadership role promoting effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
- Serving as a key member of the centre team by providing support and guidance to colleagues.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar educational leadership role.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of leadership capabilities, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with young children.
- Copies of qualifications and 2 written references required.
- Garda Vetting (managed internally).
- International police clearance if applicable.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
