Equity and Debt Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking a recent graduate from a university or business school with an initial experience in finance or consulting. As an Equity and Debt Capital Markets Specialist, you will analyze market trends, conduct research, and create business intelligence to support sales teams.

You will work closely with the Business Development team to develop research capacities and contribute to content on specific sectors and/or topics related to equity and debt capital markets.

In this role, you will be involved in the design and execution of our IPOready program aimed at preparing private companies for their journey into the capital markets.

Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting research, and creating business intelligence to support sales teams. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and solid understanding of ECM and DCM principles and practices are essential.
