We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the development of our sales training program.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement a comprehensive sales academy program to enhance the skills of our sales team.
- Design and deliver training sessions aligned to business objectives, focusing on customer excellence and sales performance.
- Promote ongoing learning and development through established procedures and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor participation and compliance with training plans, reporting against key metrics.
- Ensure the quality and implementation of all Learning and Development elements, including contract obligations.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic training initiatives.
- Successful track record in designing and delivering in-house training for remote and office-based staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in course design, delivery, evaluation, and reporting of training.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve common goals.
- Leaving Certificate or higher education.
This is a permanent position located in Dublin city center. Working hours and salary will be discussed during the interview process.
