Chef de Partie Role

Join a prestigious culinary team as a skilled Chef de Partie. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar background and role, with a strong understanding of HACCP knowledge and training. Certification from a recognised body is also essential. In addition, basic computer skills and fluency in English are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our hotel's culinary team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar background and role.
  • HACCP Knowledge and Training.
  • Certification from a recognised body.
  • Basic Computers and Fluent English.
  • Ability to work across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen.
