  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Quality, Engineering, H&S, R&D, Finance, and Commercial teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  4. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency.
  5. Evaluate Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and audit standards, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Support Capital Projects: Collaborate on capital projects and process upgrades to enhance efficiency and return on investment.
  7. Promote a Strong Safety Culture: Encourage and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Food Science or Related Field: Hold a degree in Food Science or a related field, such as Engineering.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in a production or process management role within food or FMCG.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership and Team Development Skills: Proven leadership and team development skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Calm and Adaptable: Remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
