About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a deep understanding of telecom technologies and network delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with team members in disparate geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the implementation of data and voice circuits to support Amazon's fulfillment infrastructure.
- Ensuring circuit sizing, installation, and augmentation processes meet Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Serving as the second level escalation point for Network Delivery team members, internal customers, and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience in people management and development.
- Program management experience with an emphasis on vendor management.
- An excellent command of the English language.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication technologies.
