We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at a well-established nursing home in Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and compassionate nurse who wants to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nursing staff, overseeing clinical practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Mentor and support staff through training and performance management
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration
  • Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and best practices in elder care
