Job Description

This role involves administering matters from settlement to closure, maintaining matter lists and statuses, monitoring office and client account costs, and creating costs files for the Legal Costs Accountant.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, particularly in letter writing and finance record preparation. Familiarity with Practice Evolve Case Management is advantageous, as is prior experience with billing systems and client outlay.

  • Maintain accurate records of matters and their statuses
  • Monitor and manage office and client account costs
  • Create costs files for review by the Legal Costs Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with intermediate Excel skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading law firm, providing support to the Legal Costs Accountant in managing financial aspects of cases.
