Job Overview

Solve complex machine learning challenges in a dynamic environment, developing scalable systems to support our safety and trust features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale multimodal ML models to enhance precision and recall of Trust & Safety evaluations.
  • Work with cutting-edge LLM/genAI techniques to drive innovation in Trust & Safety.
  • Track the latest ML research and integrate ideas into practical solutions.
  • Productionize ML solutions: Develop robust systems for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models at scale.
  • Leverage existing ML infrastructure and partnerships to build scalable and modular ML systems.
Requirements
  • An M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related engineering fields, and/or 5+ years of practical machine learning experience.
  • A track record of applying statistical techniques to real-world problems.
  • Expertise in one of the following fields: text classification, image classification, multimodal machine learning, LLMs/genAI, active learning / human-in-the-loop, reinforcement learning.
  • Experience training, deploying, monitoring, debugging, and iterating on production machine learning systems.
