Highly Skilled Building Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design of building services systems, including HVAC, utilities, plumbing, and fire protection. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex projects in the Pharmaceutical and Mission Critical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design of building services systems from concept to handover.
- Develop the design capability and expertise of the team.
- Conduct onsite inspections and guide a team working under your supervision.
- Liaise with the project team, including designers, clients, and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Over 10 years' experience in designing building services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors.
- Proficient in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo.
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical engineering, preferably at Honours level.
- Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment.
- Chartered Engineer preferred.
