This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organization and be part of a dynamic team. As a Due Diligence Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence and background checks to ensure candidates meet fitness and probity standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Law Degree or relevant qualification and experience within a compliance/regulatory function. You will also need to have experience with overseeing a series of regulatory and compliance checks for initial appointments, annual recertifications, and specific controlled functions (PCF, CF1, CF2) in line with global standards.
You will work closely with a panel of consultants to perform due diligence tasks and implement compliance processes effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly with clients and provide solutions to meet project objectives will be essential in this role.
