Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of nurses in the ICU, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, nurse satisfaction, and unit efficiency, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (or pursuit thereof).

- Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
