Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all service and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with relevant maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring commercial contracts and arrangements are reviewed, risk assessed and adhere to company technical and safety requirements.
  • Managing a team of Delivery Managers and Senior Technicians ensuring key tasks are met.
  • Double-checking that all work is only conducted once there is an agreed form of written contract in place between the company and the customer.
  • Cooperating with other team members to ensure all operations and work are completed, meeting company, statutory and contractual requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Installations & Maintenance (Electrical)

Qualifications: Project Management qualification

Skills: Supervisory/Management role experience, Strong communication skills including written, verbal, report writing and presentations to Senior Leadership teams
