In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with Aspergers Syndrome/Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Brain Injury and Mental Health issues.Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care and medication management.
• Develop and implement health assessments, medication plans, and supporting documents.
• Ensure the delivery of effective frontline support to all individuals.
• Promote good relationships with primary healthcare services and allied health professionals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and promote person-centred planning.

Requirements:

• Recognised professional post-graduate qualification.
• Registered with An Bord Altranais.
• Excellent knowledge of medication management.
• Experience working in a similar environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn.
