This is a full-time on-site role located in Kenmare at Davitt's Restaurant & Guest House. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes while ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

The role involves assisting in menu planning, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will work directly alongside the Head Chef & Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of food hygiene practices and kitchen safety procedures
• Experience in menu planning and ordering supplies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
