Our organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Summer Season Maintenance Assistant. The primary focus of this position will be to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in communal areas and rooms, ensuring a comfortable living environment for our guests.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas and rooms">
  • Deep cleaning vacated rooms and kitchens at the end of tenancies">
  • Preparing rooms and apartments for guests staying with us during the summer period">
  • Conducting room inspections and escalating any issues as required">
  • Ensuring waste disposal adheres to relevant regulations">
  • Performing handovers at the end of each shift to keep incoming assistants aware of pending issues">

Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to ensure everything remains highly presentable and in tip-top condition. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to effectively interact with people, including guests and colleagues.
