Civil Engineer Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to supervise and manage the delivery of water projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of regional contractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Spearhead the delivery of water projects in compliance with contract and legislative requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with local authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Implement effective HSQE strategies and manage associated risks.
- Oversee the processing of work orders, service request approvals, and tracker updates.
- Ensure accurate review and approval of as-laid drawings.
- Lead collaborative efforts with IW design engineers to clarify project requirements.
- Address customer complaints and provide feedback to regional leads and IW.
- Chair and manage meetings with regional contractors and IW.
- Maintain accurate records and create lists of identified snags.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in on-site supervision, site engineering of civil engineering works including water projects.
- A degree in a related discipline such as civil engineering.
- Capability to produce clear and concise reports and maintain accurate works records.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of health and safety procedures and regulations.
- A current and valid Safe Pass card is mandatory; confined spaces training would be beneficial.
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal.
