Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in a retail environment.

• A strong track record of providing excellent customer service and leading teams to achieve sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

• A valid driving license and access to a car (due to the nature of the role, you may be required to travel between stores).

• To be 18 or over and flexible to work full shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, one of which must be to close of business, and a minimum of two evenings per week, inclusive of a Friday or Saturday (and not including Sundays).
