We are seeking a skilled Retirement Benefits Specialist to join our team, responsible for processing and vetting all new Retirement Claims, ARFs, AMRFS & Annuities at onboarding through to the surrender settlement stage.

Liaising with Clients, Employers, Superannuation Departments and Insurance Companies to ensure successful and timely settlement of retirement claims is a critical aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in the Pensions Industry in administration and/or claims, with QFA qualification (APA as a minimum), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

They will also possess strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-moving and demanding environment.

The company offers a competitive salary package, with the opportunity to develop a successful career in the Financial Industry.

In addition, the company provides full training and support for RPA exams, pension and life cover benefits after one year, hybrid work schedule, and parking.
