Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team as a key player in managing costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout various stages of large-scale civils and infrastructure projects.
About the Role:- Conducting detailed cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Managing procurement processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project expenses and implementing effective cost control measures.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Evaluating variations and claims and providing accurate cost reports.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
