Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Economic Development Lead to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our economics team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile economic consulting projects, working with clients to solve complex challenges, and contributing to the success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical excellence in economics and understand its contribution to the success of the firm.
  • Identify opportunities for the AECOM economics team and convert these into sales.
  • Provide expert guidance to entry-level engineers and junior staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues throughout AECOM to develop and realize business growth opportunities.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent technical skills in applied economics.
  • Strong personal initiative and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to convey complex economic issues to a diverse range of audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Significant experience working in a similar role in a consulting firm, a relevant public sector organization or an industry.
