Support Worker / Leader Opportunity

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for Support Workers and Leaders to join our team nationwide in delivering high-quality care to children and young people.

This role offers a chance to work collaboratively as part of a professional team to provide robust, holistic, trauma-informed care to vulnerable young individuals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills and be able to create a therapeutic environment that fosters positive attachments and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with children and young people
  • Delivering high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each child
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Full manual Irish driving license
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Support Work (placement experience accepted)
  • Registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU or eligibility for registration
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and policies
