Technical AI Leader Position

Docusign Agreement Platform is seeking a talented individual to lead the development of state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning engineering teams, expertise in NLP and document understanding, and knowledge of large language model architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in building industry-leading AI/ML features.
  • Guide the team in applying the latest architectures and technologies to develop Docusign IP and solve complex NLP challenges.
  • Foster a deep understanding within the team of the technologies, methods, and architecture within Docusign product development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering partners to deploy models into production, build scalable AI systems, and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; 5-7 years with a Master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in leading and managing machine learning engineering teams.
  • Understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, attention mechanisms, prompt engineering, and transfer learning.
