Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with staff members, residents, and families to ensure a smooth operation of the nursing home.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
