We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of employees and customers alike.

• Collaborate with operations teams to implement strategic health and safety plans
• Conduct site visits to assess working environments and identify areas for improvement
• Investigate incidents and near misses, recommending actions to prevent future occurrences
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet our high standards
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Safe pass certification
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or services industries
