The RoleWe are seeking a talented Service Manager to join our team, based mostly on-site in Down with some client site visits required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration within the service department, including service contracts, reports, and invoices.
Key duties will include:
- Building customer relations, addressing complaints, and ensuring satisfaction
- Training and managing staff, managing budgets, and being involved in contract tendering
- Ensuring compliance with all H&S legislation
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess previous MEP/Wastewater experience, with industrial water experience being highly desirable.
A busy Service Management background and experience managing a team of field service engineers are also advantageous.
