This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. You will be working closely with internal teams to provide exceptional support services to our customers and drive initiatives that improve support-related processes and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various cloud services and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Drive process improvements and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with system administration and troubleshooting operating systems (Linux and/or MacOS) and networking protocols (HTTP/s, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, CURL or related)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of OS administration and troubleshooting disk space issues, booting issues, and OS logs
- Understanding of security in Linux including filesystem permissions, managing users and groups
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), JavaScript
