Job Title: Information Security Program Lead Analyst

This is a senior-level position responsible for driving efforts to support governance, risk, and compliance for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production of monthly IS metrics for multiple legal entities and regional governance bodies.
  • Preparation of periodic IS reports for senior management summarizing the risk posture for the business.
  • Guidance on audit preparation, resolution of audit findings, and closure ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
  • Management of responses to regulatory bodies on behalf of the CISO regional leadership.
  • Preparation and management of management information.
  • Support governance of risk exceptions, issues, and corrective action plans.
  • Execution of approvals and reviews when necessary.
  • Proactive engagement with counterparts across different disciplines and teams to enhance risk oversight.
  • Establishment of communication channels with cross-sector ISOs to strengthen relationships and tackle security issues efficiently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and communicate cyber risk.
  • Proactive building of relationships across peers and stakeholders within geographies.
  • Focus on process improvements, removal of deficiencies, and enhancement of current tools to reduce the overall risk profile.
  • Participation in the IS community on committees and cross-business/functional opportunities.
  • Attendance and participation in internal/external forums and risk committees as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Proven analytical skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
