About the Role

This position is responsible for leading the European Asset Services team, driving strategy and operations to meet departmental objectives.

The role encompasses developing and implementing business strategies in support of short- and long-term goals, including IBOR, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, and ETF service & Operations groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team, providing guidance and training to develop skills. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions.
  • Develop and oversee strategic operational planning to meet departmental objectives.
  • Establish leads and execute short- and long-term goals.
  • Drive strategic and operational plans to meet departmental objectives.
  • Leverage market awareness to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee and manage key initiatives. Contribute to departmental business planning and budget development.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to determine growth objectives and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years related work experience, with at least 7 years of financial services or Investment operations experience. Supervisory experience expected.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or finance degree preferred. Graduate degree preferred.
  • CFA or other financial designation preferred.
