As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swim instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct and coach individuals and groups in swimming activities and the fundamentals of sports.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and methods of participation.
  • Assess participants' skills and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and adapt training plans accordingly.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Swim Instructor in a leisure centre or gym is essential.
  • Hold a valid certification in Swim teaching (Level 1-2).
  • Be certified in Occupational First Aid.
  • Possess excellent timekeeping and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
