The Role:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Technical Customer Service Specialist to work with our Limerick-based client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining the sales order processing function, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and plant personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and maintain sales order processing function
- Act as contact point between customers/sales team and operations, quality, and technical departments
- Liaise with manufacturing to ensure committed delivery dates are achieved
- Deal with customer queries in a timely manner
- Maintain contract review process for new products/customers
- Provide support to sales team with timely responses to enquiries
Requirements:
- Third level diploma/degree in business or technical field
- Previous experience in a customer services role within a manufacturing/technical environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Techincally competent to understand customer needs related to technical products
