In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Parts Advisors, creating and managing staff rotas, and ensuring the overall profitability of the Parts Department. You will also be responsible for receiving, recording, and binning parts and consumables from manufacturers and other suppliers, identifying and locating parts and consumables for customers, and administering parts invoices.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in motor retail parts management, preferably with CDK/Kerridge software. They will also have impeccable standards of personal presentation and grooming, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
