Job Description

This is an entry-level position responsible for promoting our client's brands in various locations, ensuring high product visibility and quality.

The primary focus of this role is to enhance brand awareness through effective merchandising strategies, building strong relationships with store contacts, and providing timely reporting using tablet and phone technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adherence to journey plans given by line managers
  • Merchandise products on shelves, ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines and planogram requirements
  • Record activity completed, audit brands and competitor activity, and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Maximize planogram space and negotiate with Store Managers as needed
  • Ensure correct Shelf Edge Labels (SEL) are placed in front of products
  • Merchandise promotional displays and verify accurate pricing
  • Capture before and after photographs using handheld devices
  • Liaise with store managers prior to leaving to ensure satisfaction with work completed
  • Communicate effectively with NSM before and after each visit
  • Deliver field insights to the National Sales Manager
  • Foster strong relationships with all parties to achieve teamwork goals
  • Develop innovative ideas and approaches to improve performance
  • Support all product launches and promotions to develop in-store presence
  • Adhere to CPM standards and policies at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we require:

• Full driving license (essential)

• Merchandising background (desirable but not required)

• Computer literacy – ability to send photos via email and complete reports/audits as needed

• Physical stamina to undertake lifting and moving heavy products
