Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage crew rosters in accordance with policies and regulations.
  • Ensure adequate staffing for flights and make necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor and report on crew hours limitations.
  • Address disruptions to individual schedules and support the Operations Control Duty Manager as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work variable shifts (4 days ON - 4 days OFF) and be available for early or late shifts.
  • Pass a background check and have permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing situations.
