Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide person-centered care and support to people with complex needs.

In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to promote independence, resilience, and well-being.

  • Supporting individuals with severe/profound intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting.
  • Providing high-quality care and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • To provide emotional and practical support to service users and their families.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • A recognized QQI Level 5 or equivalent qualification in healthcare.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of adults/children with complex needs and ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to placements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
