Talent Supply Chain Specialist

This role is ideal for those with a passion for workforce management and recruitment.

As a Talent Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise to hiring managers in procuring temporary and contract employees.

This requires experience in overall workforce management as well as familiarity with procurement technology tools.

About the Role:

The Talent Supply Chain Specialist provides full cycle recruitment services with a consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates.

This includes performing consultation calls to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies.

You will utilize procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment of roles and move requisitions through clients' internal processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions with a consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies.
  • Utilization of procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment of roles and move requisitions through clients' internal processes.
  • Provide complete and detailed information and data points to stakeholders via documentation and consultation conference calls.
  • Daily progress assessment of requisitions and follow-up accordingly.
  • Candidate assessment and selection techniques when reviewing resumes to ensure only the best match is shortlisted.
  • Support financial processes related to timecard & expense management, invoicing, and corrections.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Negotiate bill rates to ensure alignment with current market rates.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industry.
  • Recruitment background or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating strategic relationships that promote positive client and employee engagement.
  • Data entry, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Able to identify interrelationships between data/ideas and assess a candidate based on criteria.
