Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our technology function and support the company's growth plans. This is a hands-on position that requires balancing day-to-day technical leadership with longer-term strategy.

The successful candidate will manage a broad IT portfolio including infrastructure, telecoms, business-critical applications, and staff training, while also driving forward continuous improvement projects. Systems under their remit include enterprise tools such as ERP, Citrix environments, CRM platforms, and job management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technology function and drive the evolution of our IT infrastructure, systems, and services

  • Drive forward continuous improvement projects and implement new technologies and processes

Requirements
