About the Role:

As a Sr Real Estate Development Mgr for AWS Data Center Supply Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of our cloud infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the real estate development process from contract signing to project completion.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Determining development time and cost provisions through collaborative negotiations with developer partners
  2. Reviewing specification proposals from stakeholder teams and resolving conflicts for contract inclusion
  3. Providing technical and contractual advice to team members on real estate and development matters
  4. Acting as Single Threaded Owner for developments from contract signing to handover
  5. Developing and maintaining a Development Business Plan (DBP)
  6. Preparing Monthly Development Reports against the DBP
  7. Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
