Data Center Power Systems Expert

We are currently recruiting for the role of Power Systems Engineer within our Datacenter Infrastructure team.
This position is responsible for developing hardware system solutions for customer engagements, communicating technical information relative to hardware system development, and maintaining technical relationships with field teams and key data center accounts.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years' working experience in Datacenter Power Systems, either in semiconductor or non-semiconductor fields, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in this specific area.
Key responsibilities include identifying and communicating customer and industry requirements to internal organizations, building mind share to influence internal stakeholders and company strategy, and contributing to the design and analysis of hardware and software system solutions that offer disruptive improvements for data center energy and thermal management operations using ADI's portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of power systems deployed in today's data centers, including AC/DC and DC/DC power generation, distribution, backup, monitoring, management, cooling, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and maintain technical relationships with field teams and key data center accounts.
- A strong understanding of data center infrastructure and its role in supporting business operations, as well as the ability to analyze and address complex technical challenges.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software/firmware engineering teams, as well as marketing teams, to develop new innovative systems and meet business growth expectations.
Additionally, the candidate will work with segment and BU marketing teams to develop the business case behind investment strategies and interface with the BU to provide inputs on new platform technology developments and address product roadmap needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop hardware system solutions for customer engagements.
- Communicate technical information relative to hardware system development.
- Maintain technical relationships with field teams and key data center accounts.
- Contribute to the design and analysis of hardware and software system solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years' working experience in Datacenter Power Systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in this specific area.
- Experienced in customer interface.
- Leadership: Team development, influencing others, and strong communication skill.
