In this role, you'll be responsible for handling customer orders and queries on phone, email, and chat, resolving issues with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Working closely with internal departments, you'll ensure smooth, accurate support for customers.
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records is also a crucial aspect of this role.
You'll identify trends or recurring issues and feed these insights back to improve our processes and service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring top-notch service.
- Handle customer orders and queries on phone, email, and chat.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth, accurate support.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and feed insights back to improve processes.
- Experience in motor finance or financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail is necessary.
- Confident using CRM systems and tech-savvy enough to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Salary: €35 - €37k pa.
